Erfurt’s first virtual event room has been bookable since December 2020. In this special location up to 60 people can take part in an event at the same time. Whether a meeting, conference, Christmas party, training or further education, everything is possible with this room.

With our digital event rooms, you can easily hold meetings and events of all kinds online. Your visitors can visit the event without installation and no need for special devices. We support computer, tablet, mobile phones and VR glasses.

The experience is comparable to a real event. This is made possible by the special audio settings within the rooms. So you can get together in groups and have conversations just like in real life. The event room is equipped with a variety of media areas that can be used for presentations and exhibitions. Relax zones distributed throughout the room invite you to network and relax between the lectures.
